did you make sure variable_relative_extrusion in your printer.cfg matches your slicer? i.e. variable_relative_extrusion: True and superslicer Use relative E distances needs to be checked
Other possible cause is you are using Cura and didn't change the default filament diameter from 2.85 to 1.75mm
which is fine, but you need to make sure your slicer is also set the same way
but no, tuning e steps isn't the same thing
i am using SS. Nozzle is set correct.
Relative e distance is checked ☑ in ss
So should i try again with relative extrusion on?
well that is your problem. You told klipper you are doing absolute, and your slicer is using relative
Yea i saw that setting. It is on.
so Use Relative E distances is checked, then printer.cfg needs to have variable_relative_extrusion = true
Before i cancel. Its art. Still going.
Trying again. Reporting tomorrow.
Is doing same. Any other options? I was thinking that retraction is too slow maybe?
Well, you have been told to synchronize your extrusion settings in the printer's config and in the slicer. Either both relative or both absolute. Do it first.
Did you change your printer.cfg and restart klipper? Did you reslice your object?
Yes and yes did both. I think it has to do with flow. Superslicer v core has default flow in mm and i will try to change in percents
