Printing brand new RR PETG at 255°C on 3.1 500
Acceleration: 6k mm² /s
Perimeter Speed: 175mm/s
Hotend: Rapido UHF
Nozzle: CHT Volcano 0.4mm
Extruder: LGX lite
EM: 0.95
E Steps are spot on (last I checked 2 months ago)
Layer Height: 0.2mm
3 perimeters

Here are some photos. Looks consistent across all the layers.. which makes me believe it’s something to do with my Z axis.. but not quite sure what to check first.

I took a photo of a calibration cube I printed immediately before this print. Which looks pretty good minus a little over extrusion on the top layer.

That was one of the first things I did after I built it. Anytime I change anything major I redo it just to make sure

ok, check maybe your grubscrews?

More likely over extrusion and cooling related

Z wobble is a repeating pattern matching the lead screw (4mm), which this isn't.

Ok what’s considered “too low” EM should I just print a tall cylinder and change the EM until the lines are gone?

Could it have something to do with the bed mesh..? Maybe it’s over compensating and squishing the layers?

No

Maybe I try the same tower but several of them around the build plate?
