I double checked the wiring by making sure the red and white wires weren't reversed and in line with the wiring diagram. But when I Query the endstops x is reversed. Is this my doing or is it the endstop?

Always reversed as in when the switch is pressed it shows up but when you release it it shows closed? Or is it always showing closed no matter if it is pressed or not?

When pressed says open and when not pressed its triggered

Ohh, ok, in your config you just need to add or remove the ! for the endstop that is backwards
