Anyone know why after the latest update my multi actions stopped working? I have this simple one where I have mutliple profiles depending on my scene. The action should switch to the profile then switch to my scene, but the scene doesn't change only the profile switch? It use to work no problem?

Yup! The dock of the Switch (with the Switch turned on inside) is connected to the HDMI-In portion of the HD60S, and the HDMI-Out portion is connected to my Fire TV

Hello. I like to say my CamLink 4K. I tested with my GoPro Hero 5. But, screen of camera was frozen when it is running because of "Community" of Verified? I was thinking about "Verified by" that it has three "Community", "Manufacturer", "Elgato". Are "Community" and "Manufacturer" not good for cameras due to screen is frozen? Is "Elgato" good for it due to screen is not frozen? Thanks.

Yup! I used the in-box Macbook charger that my computer came with (USB-C to USB-C), as well as the USB-C to USB-A cable that the capture card came with — the latter connecting to my computer's USB-C port using a third-party adaptor

Hey so I got the Elgato HD60X Capture Card and every time I try to use it, it loses connection to either my ps5 or my xbox series s after about 5 to 10 minutes. The audio stutters and gets very loud like you're pulling an audio jack in and out and my source capture rapidly changes from 1080p59 to none to I think 720p (kinda hard to tell cause it changes so quickly) to saying I have HDCP on when I don't. When I relaunch 4K Capture utility it then says my device is in use by other software so I have to unplug it and plug it back in. The longest I've had it working so far has been 20 minutes. I'm not sure what to do. My card and software are up to date so I'm completely lost

That icon you currently see is the new style which was released with Stream Deck 6.0.

kind of a specific question, but with the sd+ now giving access to wave link, has anybody noticed mention of wave link being updated to allow you to manually assign a mic input? currently it seems as though there's no way to get a processed solo mic output, since without a wave mic device you're limited to just monitor and stream mix outputs

I would have thought that Wave Link would be the same... except the Wave input would be assignable to any connected mic, and some of the settings like low cut filter and clip guard would not be available as they are hardware-based filters.

yeah sadly unless i'm missing something that does not appear to be the case, it just grabs a mic input as one of the Aux inputs with the usual limitations, and you don't get access to a dedicated microphone output. pretty big missing piece

yep, the sound only happens in my headset and only when its plugged in to the Wave XLR. Regardless of if my mic is plugged in or not. The sound doesn't happen on my motherboards audio out.

My stream deck is flickering and not connecting to my pc. The last port in the video is just a charging port, but there it seems to work fine. I had fixed the issue by rotating the cable until it worked but now it’s broken again.

you could try an experiment, unplug the Stream Deck AND the mic. Reboot. After rebooting, plug the stream deck back in. See if it behaves correctly. If it does, try plugging in the mic and see if it misbehaves.

I also got a problem with the StreamDeck app.
I updated from 5.3.3 to 6.0.0 but the update failed prematuraly. But it also deleted the streamdeck app from my pc.
I tried installing 5.3.3, same issue.
I tried installing 5.3.0 but it says its outdated so i cant install it.
I tried installing 6.0.0 and 5.3.3 as Admin, it didnt work.
Also i tried running it via troubleshooting, no succes.
What else could i try?
I did make a log-file of the install. Maybe someone can take a look?

Hello. Can anyone tell my why I have no input delay when I use the Elgato HD60S+ in Discord but a input delay about 0.5s - 1s when using the 4K Capture Utility?

Go to Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps... search for elgato and see of Elgato Stream Deck is listed. If it's listed click on the three dots and Uninstall.

If it's not there... navigate to %programfiles%\Elgato\Stream Deck and delete everything, except for the Plugins directory.

Restart the PC.

Try and install again.

now that the new Stream Deck + has been released, I'm thinking about buying a Stream Deck again... Which one would you recommend me?
In my setup I already use the WAVE XLR and the CamLink 4k. Mainly I would need the Stream deck to control the devices mentioned above easier but also for streaming, video editing and programming. In the past I have used alternatives like Touchportal or the Stream Deck Mobile version, but now I want to switch to a physical device.

hey, a friend is having really bad audio crackling with the HD60 X in the 4K Capture Utility. The sound is fine in OBS but in both the 4K Capture Utility preview and recordings the audio is really bad, anyone have any ideas to fix it?

This is really a QoL thing that would be nice to see in the Stream Deck, but here's my current issue. I created a new portable OBS instance and did a scene collection on my other install of OBS for all my memes. These memes are tied in with the stream deck to 'show visibility', delay (for the duration of the meme video), then 'hide visibility'.

I copied the profile to adapt to the new instance with the scene collection (with all the same names, scene names, etc.) and I have to manually re-select all of them inside of 'source visibility' to get them to work (and there are a boatload).

It's really inconvenient, tedious, and time consuming. I sorta get why it's happening (it's technically a different .exe in a different location), but I think that the programming team from Elgato could fix the issue if they knew about it.

Hi guys, I’m having trouble with dual pc setup issues. I can’t seem to hear my stream alerts from streaming pc to my headphones using the goxlr mini. On the goxlr mini app I have the correct boxes ticked.

I'm trying to use an HD60S+ , I have stereo mix sending the audio for my Realtek Speakers out towards the HD60S+ just fine, however on my laptop the headphone jack is a completely separate output within windows which means if I'm using stereo mix I won't be able to listen to my games in my headphones, I'm not quite sure how to resolve this. Could someone offer some ideas?

Yeah I mentioned at the end that I know why it’s acting like that. I actually did submit a feature request :). It’s odd that it knows the name and just requires me to type in a few characters, which makes it snap to the source, then I hit enter and it works again. In other words, it’s like 90% there, but the last 10% is tedious. It’s so close to just adjusting to the new OBS instance

I’m sure they could fix it without a ton of trouble but who knows how many people actually run into this issue

I found this on the website , Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro MK.2 is capable of passthrough as well as capture of formats such as 1440p 144 Hz. If it does 1440 at 144 then it must do 1080 at 144, right ?

Hey guys, could do with a little insight from you. Just swapped PCs. Everything ran perfectly prior, now on a more performant PCs struggling. Running 1x Cam Link 4K and 2x Facecam. Each of them is plugged into a different USB Controller Hub (not a USB extension hub, but a motherboard hub). Sometimes they'll all three run flawlessly and sometimes I can get none of them to show up, with all possible variations in between. Whenever I try to start Camera Hub, it seems to get stuck in an eternal 'Initializing Video Engine' screen. Tried just about every version van 1.0 to the latest 1.5 and it doesn't seem to matter.

All seems to work currently, but future will show if it this fixed it or was a coincidence. Funnily enough, we (friend who I'm troubleshooting for and I) noticed that running TeamViewer would immediately screw with the system to the point where the devices would freak out and freeze, as well as screw the audio (unrelated to Elgato). Any ongoing issue with said software that you're aware of by chance?

No. There are no known issues with Team Viewer that I am aware of.

Odd, thank you! I can repeatedly recreate an issue with it. As soon as I connect, it completely messes up all devices. And as soon as TeamViewer gets disconnected, a quick deactivate and activate will bring them back in OBS.

On the gaming computer i right clicked on the display capture and selected HD60 S+ .... then when I go to my streaming computer in obs and try to open a new Video Capture Source it doesnt have it as an option instead i see "Elgato Screen link"? anyone knnow what im doing wrong?

hello, I am trying to connect my HUE lights to a Stream Deck +

TLDR; Can't connect to a HUE bridge despite updating to latest version of plugin and setting Bridge IP manually

I have the "Unable to Discover Bridges" issue. For whatever reason the https://discovery.meethue.com address is being flooded and return an HTTP 429 error. I know this issue may not be related to elGato software.

Following previously written advice in this thread (plus this post in reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/elgato/comments/vgtcar/anyone_else_having_problems_with_the_hue_plugin/) I downloaded the latest version of ElGato's plugin in GitHUB (vers 1.5)

This new version allows me to set my Bridge's IP address manually. However, when done, the bridge seems to be added properly BUT it isn't. The Bridge never gets added to the list and I am stuck at this stage.

Do you have any clue how to unblock this issue? Any help is kindly appreciated.

HOwever upon booting it up...I can no longer change audio bitrate, and it seems audio is distorted; its either entirely lacking bass or has far too much treble. Hey everyone, having a problem with some macros I'd programmed. I'd set some buttons to automatically adjust the volume of certain sources. Before I updated WaveLink and my Stream Deck to the latest software releases, they worked fine. Today I noticed in my macros that any source I select is now red color. I assume this is why they're not working, but I don't know how to fix it. I tried the new "Input Actions" option, but the result didn't change. Any ideas?

if you notice the sound effect is being cut off, or sounds poor quality in voice chat, it's likely Discord trying to clean the input via echo cancellation and noise suppression. You can disable these in Discord's "Voice & Video" settings

@heavy jackal, as the HD60 S+ requires a USB 3.0 port, you'll need either a USB hub, or PCI-E USB card to expand on the number of available ports you have. Alternatively, you might be able to free up a USB 3.0 port of an existing device that does not require 3.0, and relocate that device to a 2.0 port.

I had to roll WaveLink back to 1.5 because 1.6 was causing game audio to lower in volume and go back up randomly (have not had an issue since), but now none of the OBS28 compat versions of Stream Deck are letting me do anything audio wise and it tells me to update WL.

Hello! Just picked up a StreamDeck+, I have some questions on it, but first set of questions are regarding the Wavelink software. First of all, I am soooo excited to play with this, and the VST access is amazing. I was wondering, is it possible to put a VST like a limiter or similar onto an output (eg stream/monitor) or group of inputs eg game/voicechat so that I can stage the volumes more accurately even as the relative volume changes?>

Further question, can I pass the processed audio with whatever VSTs applied (eg my microphone) as an audio input in discord as an example?

beyond monitor + stream mix, like if I wanted a voice mix that takes my vocals plus my stream deck audio effects as an example and sends only those to discord, but my stream hears everything as an example

I bought an HD60s+ recently and it works great like 90% of the time. It randomly will “disconnect”. And leave OBS with a still of the last frame it sent, and the audio also goes away. Though one time it did that but I still had audio. I have to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work again. It’s almost like the capture card is ‘turning off’ but idk. I’ve made sure all the cables are in correctly, and even set my USB ports to not sleep.

I’ve tried unplugging any unused USB devices but I still need quite a few with mic, facecam, keyboard, mouse, headphones. I’ve tried looking into other possibilities but there’s not really anything I can find on the internet for this. Please @ me if you’ve had the same issue and found a fix.

Yeah im not 100% on it either. Cause as far as i can tell/remember im PRETTY sure the PS5 main menu sounds fine. But my roommate who owns it on PC says it does sound a TINY bit off, and my friends who watched me play on Discord had previously watched another friend play on PC via Discord n said my audio sounds a tad off to them too...but i dont have ER on PC yet so i cant compare.

And From is not exactly known for the 100% best audio mixing so for all i know, PS5 Elden Ring does sound worse/different than PC ER....I may try playing a tad on roommates PC copy later tonight n see.

initially i chalked it up to game capture HD having another audio bug, but i guess the softwares been retired, and so far 4k capture utility doesn't have any of the static/audio pop problems I had with Game Capture HD so now im assuming its either

1. my HDMI cables (not so sure cause nothing else sounds borked on my setup)
2. my ps5 (unlikely cause it should be beyond just game specific sound)
3. in my head
4. just PS5 ER being of worse audio quality >.<

Hi, I may be mistaken, but it looks like they do sell cables as spare parts on their website - Store-> products->Spare parts, then choose the item and relevant spares should display. Sleeping your computer, Windows OR Mac is an incredibly terrible idea. Sleep has always caused issues from it's inception. It sounds like a great thing and it would be if it worked well. However, the reality is it does not and never has.

Unplug the stream deck plus. Reboot your computer. Plug your stream deck plus back into a different USB port. That should fix the computer not recognizing the stream deck

Ok try this. I know for the microphones it works. Shutdown the Wavelink software. Unplug your SD+, the restart the Wavelink software. When it says that you need to plug in a mic, plug your SD+ back in.

That would be right. Only Wave Link 1.6+ is compatible with OBS 28, as they both use web sockets 5.0. OBS 27- and Wave Link 1.5- are only compatible with web sockets 4.9-.

I have my arm located on the rear corner of my desk. It swings under one of my vertical monitors. I put my XLR just in front of the lower arm. Now that being said, I have a relatively small desk. It's only 48" long and 2' wide. But regardless, even if your desk is longer, you should be able to mount to the rear of the desk off to one side and have plenty of room for you XLR

That is about how mine is setup. I have the LP Arm set on the outside of the right rear corner. My Rt side vertical monitor arm base/clamp sits about 2" inside of the arm mount. My WaveXLR sits in front of that monitor. Now, the upper arm does swing out over my keyboard, but it's not really in the way. I have my mic positioned in such a way that the mic itself only sits over my numpad and the block of keys over the arrow keys.

Yup, the HDMI cables are all plugged in well! The only thing is that I’m using a dongle to connect it to my computer, since MacBooks only have usb-c hubs and the Elgato came with a usb-a cable. I even tried connecting it directly to the computer with my usbc to usb c cable, and it also doesn’t work.

What’s crazy is that I used it on another Mac (desktop) with the exact same setup, and it all worked flawlessly. I don’t think my computer is outdated, especially since it’s relatively recently and it’s a moderately specced MacBook Pro?

Hi, I'm using the elgato 4k60 pro capture card to use my dslr as a webcam. It worked perfectly up until several weeks ago when it stopped working (I don't know how many updates since the last time I tested). No video is taken from my camera anymore. Could someone help me troubleshoot?

Hey community. When updating from Elgato 4K Capture Utility from 1.7.8 to 1.7.9 I get this error during the install. After restart the 4K60 Pro Mk2 is not detected as a capture device and I had to uninstall and rollback to 1.7.8. A clean install of 1.7.9 also fails. Any thoughts?

Hi ya! If there’s a section for this please point me over as I couldn’t spot it - I’ve got green ‘glitches’ and occasional bands on my capture. I’m using a camlink pro to grab a mirrored monitor off another pc. Which I know isn’t a camera however it’s a similar feed. I replaced my hdmi cable with a brand new 8k fancy one however it’s not fixed it.

Until a few days ago I'd always run my HD60S+ capture directly to my PC for streaming. No problems. I tried through a USB3 hub so I could flip between my Mac and PC for different workflows if I need. Everything seemed to be okay on my PC until the capture literally just freaked out on stream last night and stopped working so I plugged it back into the PC directly again for the stream.

I know that USB hubs are generally not recommended for the Elgato capture cards, but is there a workaround for this besides literally moving the USB cable from my PC to Mac anytime I want to change the computer? Also, I should mention the USB hub was only also connected to my Wave XLR and Stream Deck XL (and was hoping to plug in my Stream Deck + to the same hub when it arrives). I didn't figure I'd be having any bandwidth issues...

Several red lights flashing sounds like an HDCP issue. Connect your input to a monitor / TV directly, and check HDCP is turned off.

With the Xbox connected directly to the monitor / TV, you’ll need to go into the Xbox settings and disable HDCP. You should then be able to connect it to the capture card and successfully see it on your PC.

I uninstalled the Stream deck software unplugged both decks and restarted the PC. then plugged in the SD XL/32 and reinstalled the software and it came back with the 15 button view even though its not plugged in. Guess I need to delete my profile? but I uninstalled the software... SMH

This should be fine; as the 3.5mm on an Earpod is a TRRS pin (microphone and audio), you might need a TRRS splitter, but aside from that you should be okay. I would suggest trying the headphones first, and if there isn't any audio, grab a TRRS spltiter.

Ever since I got my 4k60 pro mk.2 my pc is suffering from random bluescreens. They all point to a file that seems to be part of the driver. So far I reinstalled the driver multiple times, completely removed it and let windows update install it and updated every other driver on the system. When it happens seems random, sometimes 3x a day, other times nothing for two weeks. So far it didn't actually happen when the capture card was actually doing something, just having the driver loaded seems to be enough. It happens when I watch videos, or play a game, sometimes even directly after a reboot without software open. I tried the current version of the driver, and the one before that, issue happens with both. OS is windows 10. Anyone have an idea what I can do to fix that?

So I’ve familiarised myself with the spec of the HD60 X a bit more, and the port on the front is a TRS cable, i.e. a standard aux

You should be able to connect a 3.5mm aux cable from the GoXLR line out, to the HD60 X

You may also need to configure audio routing in the GoXLR to capture the desired devices, i.e. game, system, etc.

The Elgato Program itself is giving me a Blackscreen, so I use Obs to stream my Ps4 to my pc. However if I wish to screenshare the Window People would not be able to hear the game so I am forced to switch the audio input device as the Elgato, tho then People would not be able to hear me.

So I think the main issue was that the elgato wasn't connected directly to the PC (I had it on a hub) tried new HDMI and it didn't even try to connect so now I think why I kept having problems was because of the USB to USBC cable that came with the elgato. Is there a specific replacement wire for that or just any will work?

The HD60 S+ comes with a ”USB-C to USB 3.0 Type-A cable” - any USB 3.0 cable that does data should be fine, i.e. avoid cables labelled as “charging” as they’re only power.

Good morning! I have a Corsair keyboard that uses Elgato software for the G-keys. Those work great. What I'm trying to do is install an icon pack so I can put in icons (Yes, I know they don't actually show up on the keyboard. 🙂 ) I just like things looking neat. Oddly, I can't install any icon packs. While I can view them online, I can't click the install button. It just doesn't work. I see there is a way to install them from inside the Elgato software by going to the store, but this option seems to be missing for me in the Elgato software. Hello Everyone, I'm MiniG and I'm in need of dire help! I have a PS5, astros a40 mixamp, and the elgato hd60X. I just built my PC and prior device i had was Mac, so it's quite different. I've been trying to make my ps5 work like it used to. I connected the way i knew from before but it's not the same. I can't pull any picture and audio from the capture card to OBS either. I have input the first HDMI to the adapter and from the adapter to the Game capture card; after that i have the hdmi out to the TV. I'm confused on where to input the HDMI for out, do i input it to the back of the graphics card or to one of the HDMI's of my monitor? My apologies in case it doesn't make sense. Thanks!

So now I'm at this stage. Pretty sure uninstalling and reinstalling wave link will open the interface but as u can see there's still no actual plugin in the SD Keys list.

When I leave my pc in sleep with the Elgato hd60s and come back to it whe, I wake up there is no video output on both software and obs source, audio becomes crackly. To fix it I have to restart my PC because if I unplug the USB out it will crash my pc and blue screen. I've tried numerous ways suggested to me but so far non could've budged the issue.

I had the same issue. Contact support. They will give you an old firmware, you will upload it and then update again to the latest one and the problem will be gone.

The peddle supports all the same plugins. Just use either the GoXLR plugin to alter the routing table or use like the Audio mute plugin to mute the mic itself pre GoXLR.

Nothing on the stream deck will move the GoXLR faders though outside using the GoXLR plugin to change the GoXLR active profile.

The HD60S+ is capable of 4K60 passthrough, but will capture at 4K30 if at this resolution. This means the output you see on your monitor will be 4K60, and any recorded / captured footage will be 1080p60.

That’s correct; the card passthrough is 4K@60 (i.e. what your monitor will receive), but OBS will receive 1080p@60 when capturing.

You also have the option to capture at 4K@30 too should you wish to reduce frames a bit; it’s quite a versatile card.

Hi, i'm having a couple weird issues I can't really figure out the cause to. 1. My elgato VST settings will not save weather I need to restart my PC entirely or im just waking it from sleep mode they reset every time. I'm using a Wave XLR - Shure sm7b combo with wavelink. another issue that may be hardware related is that when I route my monitor mix through my headphones as in headphones plugged directly into the XLR ALL my audio at completely random will totally cut out and the only fix is to unplug and plug back in the XLR any help with these issues would be greatly appreciated. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled wavelink in an attempt to remedy the VSTs not saving and that did not work.

The game will not recognise the dials as "dials" per se, but you will be able to bind them to hotkeys, e.g. rotate left is F13, rotate right is F14, press is F15, etc. My knowledge of flight sims isn't very good, but hopefully this helps. 🤞

I'd say if you can, HD60S+ or HD60X will do this for you. It will output 1080p, but you can still game in 4k. 🙂

So i have a Elgato HD60 S+ that is connected to my switch to capture that, have had it since august the sound has worked all fine until 5 days ago, i usually use streamlabs when playing on the switch since i stream and such, but the day after i played Pokémon scarlet on Thursday 24 i got no sound whatsoever on the 25th, my elgato sound do usally show up in my PC audio mixer but since the 24th it just haven't shown up in there and sound dont work for me to hear and doesnt work when streaming so just complete silence, i think tho i need to get the elgato sound back on the audio mixer to get it to work again but i just dont know how to do that legit tried so much, disconnecting the elgato completely, restarted my pc, used normal obs then streamlabs, the only thing the sound works on now is 4K capture Utility

The likely cause of this is Discord’s voice processing settings, i.e. those designed to help make your voice clearer, hinder voice mods. Go to “Settings” > “Voice” and disable “Echo Cancellation”, and set “Noise Suppression” to “None”.

I've got everything disabled, just seems to be mostly discord as the clean input for my mic sounds boxed, but If I run voice mod through wave and into to discord with the wavelink stream it sounds fine and works as expected, but using the stream output for a microphone isn't an option

Hi everyone, I recently bought a Key Light & have been having no issues with it until today where the Key Light will not stay connected to control center anymore. Ive tried restarting my PC, router, the key light itself, the wifi adaptor, and still nothing is working. Sometimes it'll connect for a second & immediately disconnect when exiting the setup. I can see the light is connected to my wifi via the router "connected devices" and I put in the IP address to the control center & still I get the error that it cannot connect. Having used version 6 for a while, I can confirm it’s safe, however that doesn’t mean you have a safe installer, i.e. something could have intercepted it, and made it malicious. It may also be a false positive.

Originally I was thinking it was resuming from sleep in Windows itself that was the issue, but it looks like plugin is getting into a confused state when windows puts the display to sleep (which results in the associated audio device going away while the video signal is cut)

now my question. i need my pc to stream but when i wanna play off stream i need the pc too.

because i dont wanna use my pc when i play off stream.

So, I just bought and setup a streamdeck+. I have added effects to my mic (not an elgato mic) but in a program like OBS or Discord cannot find MicrophoneFX as an input at all. is this exclusive to just elgato mics? The only way I've been able to use that mic in other programs is by using it for the stream output and setting that as my mic.

I've just got a Streamdeck+ and I really like that you can swipe the touchscreen to switch pages. Is there any way to sync it so that when I switch pages on my Streamdeck+ by swiping it also changes the page on my original Streamdeck, or will I have to carry on using the buttons on that to switch the page?

Question on Stream Deck+ -- I saw some videos that referenced being able to remove the stand at the bottom.

Is the USB cable the only thing that would prevent it from lying flat if the bottom was removed?

Wondering if all I'd need to do to use it with the stand I have on my desk is just to drill a hole for the cable to pass through.

Hi! I've been using the Wave 1 to mix my stream audio for several months now and so far it's been great. I've been running into a problem recently, however, where certain games won't route from the Windows sound mixer to Wave Link for some reason. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, updating the firmware, opening/closing the the games in question. Nothing.

Are you noticing this with any games in particular. Depending on how the game transmits audio, it may choose to ignore the configuration in the Windows settings, and output to the device of it's choice... although I would hope this isn't the case.

You could try Sound Deck's "Set App Audio Device" which lets you specify the "Foreground" application, e.g. whilst you're in-game, you press the button and it attempts to rebind the audio device.

So I think this is configurable in the application itself; try preferences, general settings. You should be able to choose your preferred Wave audio device there.

ah, I’m not so sure then. If you’ve set the preferred device in the Windows settings, and there isn’t an option to change the device in game specifically, you’ve done everything you can. You might need to reach out to the creators of the games directly.

Both cards are great; the HD60 Pro is older, but if you’re looking to capture at 1080p with an internal card, it’ll do the job well. I’d also consider the HD60 X; it’s an external card for a similar price to the HD60 Pro, and is a fantastic card which offers newer capabilities, such as 1440p and VRR passthrough.

Hi. Does anyone here know if there is a way to "push" streamdeck buttons with hotkeys? I have this wireless macro pad thing and i wanted to use it when i walk away from my streamdeck to do the same multiactions. I could do entirely different macros on the macropad and streamdeck but it would be much easier to setup it once and just assing the keys to streamdeck.

There is no way to push the stream deck button from a macro. Your best bet in a situation like this assuming you are just setting a macro is to use something like AHK and then assign a button on the stream deck to it and a button on your macro pad to it.

So, recently I purchased a HD60x and after having it all hooked up, I’m getting no video, only audio on both the 4k Utility and OBS. The Elgato is showing only a red blinking light and only shows blue when first plugging the USB C in.

I’ve tried 4 different HDMI’s in different variations, I’ve messed with the resolution and GHz, I’ve made sure the Xbox’s settings are correct for gameplay recording (ex. no VRR). I’ve uninstalled drivers, reinstalled drivers, updated drivers, made sure the firmware is up to date. I’ve spend 6 hours straight trying to get this to work. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I am writting a book where I want to share everything I went through. I want to discuss it with people once I finish. Because the whole story takes days to tell everything, and when it is not in the book format, people usually lose it. But everybody tells me that I should write a book based on my story.

I believe it will be a best seller. Like the plot of all kinds of movies combined and mixed with our reality & bible prophesies... and described in one consistent story.

I just know that I was trying to escape Ukraine and told everyone that as soon as I do it, Russia will invade Ukraine and reach Kyiv.
I didn't manage to escape Ukraine, got into the caption where I was terrorised for the whole year, and Russia did attack as I was tweeting about it in my Ukrainian twitter.

I was freed a few weeks ago and now trying to keep living my life. Everything is awesome, btw. Still lots of weird things happen around me, but now, as a Writer, I find it great for my inspiration and life work 🙂

I thought, omg, micro usb is used only by Chinese devices and this small stream deck with microusb can't be trusted as well!"

So I just forcefully unplugged the cable from it. Now it is unscrewed and I am thinking what to do with it 😄

Btw, I absolutely loved the new stream deck with knobs and touch screen. And I loved the update with pages on stream decks... and icons. You just keep making it better and better. It inspires!

That’s correct; the difference is the minimum and maximum heights. The Master Mount L is currently reduced on Amazon, which is why it’s cheaper. I purchased two recently two and I’m really happy with them.

Can't remember if I posted here but I can't select 1440p when using Merged EDID with my PS5 and Elgato 4K60 Pro. Or rather, it works fine if I only have it connected to my PC but with no Pass-through connection. But when connecting the Pass-through cable to my LG lg 27GL83A 1440p 144hz monitor. The PS5 Greys out the 1440p option saying the display isn't compatible. Changing EDID to display fixes this issue but does that cause any other issues? I assume "merged" is default for a reason

With the new navigation setup from 1.6, profile chooser lets you choose a page of that profile to set it, so you should be able to choose a streamdeck XL profile and select the page of that profile you want, as a profile switch action on the streamdeck. But would need a button for each page, as directly doing next/ previous pages won't work.

Hello everybody! I don't know if someone can help me but I'm at the end of my knowledge 😄

The Problem:
I want to Stream God of War (or other Games) via PS5. The Game get captured by OBS. This works fine. But I didn't get all time 60 FPS in OBS. It looks like it drops sometimes down to 30 FPS and it doesn't look really smooth. I use the HD60X and now out of desperation I have tried the 4K60 Pro. The same Problems - but different 😄

I play 1440p on my Monitor and stream in 1080p with 60 FPS (but the Game looks not like 60 FPS on Stream).

I have a feeling it might actually just be a simple setting in OBS/PS5 or Elgato's 4K capture utility. Do you have any tips on how to set your capture card in OBS and co so that you always have 60 FPS in the stream?
