I have an odd problem, after the latest streamdeck update my nvidia shadowplay now thinks the streamdeck software is a game. So whenever I try and clip something in an actual game it either doesnt work or saves them to a folder named streamdeck (I tried deleting the folder it keeps coming back). It's preferred that the one it came with is used, but others can be used provided they are USB-C to USB 3 Type-A cables that also transmit data and aren't meant only for charging. A 2 meter long USB cable (6.56 feet) or shorter is an ideal length. A 5 meter long USB cable (16.4 feet) is the maximum cable length, beyond which bus powered devices like the Elgato Game Capture HD60 S won't function as expected.
