If you want to control them only from your phone? Then you'll be fine with Nanoleaf. If you want to control them from your PC or anywhere else, you can forget it.
The desktop app is garbage and does not work 99% of the time. And it can't find any of the new matter devices.

If there is residual water in the unit, place it in an airtight container with a moisture absorbent material either a commercial product or dried rice for example. It can take a significant amount of time to fully evaporate and absorb the water.
There is nothing I can recommend stronger than NOT immersing it in Isopropyl. That would be incredibly foolish and dangerous.
In addition, opening it would not solve your issues. Unless you intend to take apart each button's screen and all other parts and then immerse them in a moisture absorbing material, then opening it isn't going to get you very far. App control allows you to control a single specific app. Normally handled via the windows mixer.
Channel control creates several audio channel. You then assign an apps to whatever channels you want. You then have control over those channels as a whole but not specific app level.

I'm no expert with lights but personally would not setup 3 lights like that. You may blow away all shadows and contour. IMO that middle one works be better placed way off to your side or even more behind you to allow it to act as a highlight and help accent your profile. Someone else would likely know way better then me though.

First off, I literally just got the elgato regular phone-grip... and now they come out with this stand which includes a phone-grip with a cold-shoe attachment o.O The stand looks okay, but it's all about the phone grip to cold-shoe attachment for me right... but then I start thinking about it more.. and I realize that when I do use my phone to broadcast, it's almost always vertical.. Am I missing something? Do we use our phones to broadcast horizontally??
Next, realizing that I need to be able to "hinge" to be able to use my phone vertically with the phone grip, I look at the Flex Arms and the Solid arms and then I realize that some models do not seem to come with a gimbal, and there isn't a way to buy a gimbal separately. 😭 FFS...

I just got a 4k60 pro mk.2 and I'm getting green in obs and elgato 4k capture software. Just found out (had no idea this was even a thing) that because I'm using m.2 nvme storage it's using power and the capture card isnt working because of that? I mean I can see the game fine when I switch to the PS5 but in OBS/4k capture its green
So Im screwed?

The Elgato HD60 X lets you capture 4K/30fps or 1080p/60fps video game footage, and it doesn't require a desktop PC with a PCIe slot. No good. I need 4k60.

Motherboard manufacturers have a limited amount of PCIe lanes available to them based on the chipset and CPU being used. They determine how many PCIe slots and M.2 slots will be on the motherboard and which speed those slots run at.
Some motherboard manufacturers will add more PCIe slots and M.2 slots than PCIe lanes are available. This means that when a M.2 SSD is being used, a PCIe slot may be disabled. Or in reverse, when a PCIe slot is used, the M.2 interface is disabled. The same can happen with SATA or eSATA ports.
Basically it means if you have other things using the pcie power like the m.2 ssd storage it will cause that green screen.

My friend, from my experience that graphical issue only happens when either the monitor or the graphics card is dying. In this case, whatever Elgato is using as their video repeater is absolutely broken on your device

Oh, just noticed that's a PCIe AIB, have you tried changing slots? :P
It might look like it only has a x4 (short connector) interface, but it can fit into x16 slots (the longer ones, like where your graphics card fits)

Yes. There are limited PCIe lanes, but it's not as easy as that. I can only speak for Ryzen 5000 CPU's mixed with x570 boards, as I've not looked at other boards in recent times, but the way it goes is:
The Processor(CPU) has 24 PCIe lanes it can operate at. 16 of them go into the graphics card, 4 go into the chipset and 4 more that go into an NVMe M.2 slot. Usually the motherboard manufacturer names it as a "Hyperspeed" or "Blazing fast!" slot, either way, it's usually the one closest to the CPU
And then the chipset operates with its own lanes. For communicating with the central processor, it only has those 4x, but then it expands it into other lanes it controls itself. Some of them go to USB ports, some to audio, some to more M.2 or SATA connectors and some to unused PCIe slots

Well apparently my motherboard doesn't have that issue with the nvme so I either need a riser cable (dunno if that is even gonna fit under the gpu) or the 4k60s+ or a new motherboad (which I dont wanna do)

Some have that issue but not on my motherboard. MAG Z690 TOMAHAWK WIFI DDR4. I thought it was that too but had a look up on my motherboard so it's not that.
slot 1 is 5.0x16
slot 2 is 3.0x4
slot 3 is 3.0x1
slot 4 is 3.0x1
none of the NVMe slots disable PCIe slots or lower bandwidth on this motherboard. The big problem here is the monster 4090 is blocking the pcie slot 2 which is where the capture card should be lol.
So my options are:

riser cable (dunno if it’ll fit under my 4090)

I was going to suggest that it doesn't get enough power, since you're plugging it into x1 ports, but no, most power pins are indeed in the x1 portion of the slots
My only guess is bandwidth?
Googling reveals that the 4K60 Pro uses a PCIe 2.0 x4, so it could be using the relatively passive power to give the card additional juice as well
Said that recording/streaming the Playstation was fine?
Playstation doesn't output true native 4K iirc, just an upscaled 1080/1440/900p signal or some software based upscaling

Honestly, if you can afford it, I'd say get the erxternal recording unit. Unless you plan to watercool that 4090, there's less risk with an external unit of damaging components by trying to shove in a riser where it might not fit

Power depends on where in the world you are located. You need to the right connector to make sure your electronics work. You must know if your electronics can run on dual voltages. North America is on 120 Volts AC at 60 Hertz. Europe is on 240 Volts AC at 50 Hertz for most of them. Display port should be able to work no matter where you are. Most electronic devices will show dual voltage sign as: Input 100 - 250 volts AC. If you see this al you need to do id have the right adapter to plug it in.

Generally modern consumer computing electronics are now built to be cross compatible when it comes to the wall outlets. They just swap the lead into the power brick / internal PSU and call it a day. The important part is said power lead. If two monitors use the three prong connector (I forget the name) then their power supplies are internal and the lead doesn't matter. If the monitors have power bricks, then don't mix and match them, even if the plug fits
The different monitors might require different voltages or amperage, which can fry the device

And when I checked the capture card in obs properties it listed it was connected as gen 2x1 which is what gives problems.
The weird thing is, why was it letting me play the game when I switched to hdmi but OBS was showing green screen over the game? But again, thats probably because of what I mentioned earlier that it should be in slot 2 to work properly and it should say gen 2x4 not 2x1 or whatever it said

Its a great device. If you dont already have an audio mixer/interface I highly recommend installing Wave Link as well since the Stream Deck Plus will allow you to unlock and use it. Wave Link is an outstanding audio mixer and with the Plus as a controller its amazing.

I was just watching a lot of videos on audio mixers. I love the elgato mixer software, but it's not really conducive for dual pc. It works but it loses the ability to play music while streaming. There's no way to separate audio going into your streaming pc. Does elgato have anything in the works for something similar to a goxlr with multiple audio outputs?

maybe it was a packing error. Just make sure you upload the photos of what you already have. Elgato is great at customer service, and can fix it. I'm sure it was an honest packing error.

The Elgato tech support gave me a number to call Corsair. Corsair said they hadn't heard about it so I had them go to the Elgato website and click "buy" on the + and they could see it. So they are opening a ticket. Now to watch hours of YouTube videos and learn this thing 😄
