Hi. I'm trying to connect my HD60S to my PC. It is a very simple setup but it doesn't work for some reason. I got my Elgato connected with USB-C to my PC, HDMI IN of Elgato to my videocard. That should work, right?

After getting my Stream Deck+ the other day, I have a few suggestions for the LCD screen in particular, mainly in combination with the Wave Link software:

• In the SD software, you can, as a Wave Link input, choose between having the output set to stream mix, monitor mix, or all. Here I think the "all" option could benefit from being visualized as a single icon, like the other options. If it's optional how it's displayed, that's fine, but the two separate volume bar indicators appear unnecessary in many instances.
• It would be great if muting Elgato's own audio devices (in my case, the Wave XLR or The Wave:3) on the Stream Deck triggered the muted/red LEDs on the devices. It currently only deafens the input/output without triggering the visual LED indicators on the devices - it really seems like an oversight.
• Last but not least, when paired with the Wave Link software, I believe the display strip on the Stream Deck+ could benefit from a colored, or even white, moving visualizer/sound bar. Even with a handful of pre-set colors, it would, at a glance, present a lot of visual information about how your connected device is behaving. It's currently just the static, solid white bar.

It really depends what you want/need. I have SteelSeries Arctis Pro Wireless and they are very good... they have Dolby Atmos for Headphones (perfect for shooter games) and come with two interchangeable rechargeable batteries, so you can be charging one in the base while using the other.

Was using a pair of Hyper X Cloud II's for a while, and though I didn't use the mic, they headphones were amazing because of the metal in the build- I love durable headphones.

Basically im new to this, never used a capture card before. I currently stream on my pc with streamlabs obs. But i also have a series x and i want to stream it while using my overlays so because of this i know i need a caputre card.

The few things that concern me is i have read alot about the 4k60 x having audio delay, im unsure if an update has since fixed this?

secondly, How i currently have my setup is:

Astro Mixamp usb is in my PC as i use the xbox party app
I have a hdmi audio extractor for optical so thats how i get my xbox sound.

If i just insert the capture card into the line will everything remain as it is now? Will it pick up my game audio for streamlabs and i can continue to use my mic on my pc?

Now i need to decide between the hd60s+ or the hd60 x ------- I currently hace a 4k monitor for my series x but my pc gaming monitor is 1440p -

if you have 1 video source, and 1 audio source it's fine. if you try to have only the video source, and use the audio from the video source then yeah it's awful.

I'm looking into an upgrade for my studio. I'm just not sure how it would work...
I essentially want four Facecam Pro's, a Multi Mount L which will be behind my main monitor... the main cam will be in front like usual, one will sit either side of my main monitor vertically and the fourth will be a top-down for unboxing, etc.

I'm not sure which mounts I should use for the vertical and top-down cams, preferably mounting to the Mast Mount L behind the main monitor. I'd prefer not to have any additional MM-L's as My Key Light Air's already use one each.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Be careful about your USB bandwidth with the Facecam Pros - they are extremely high bandwidth devices, and technically they require USB-C ports because of the power or bandwdith requirements I forget which

I use my Facecam Pro on a USB-A port but it's not technically supported because it operates outside of the spec of what Facecam Pro needs - aka if you run into an issue and contacted support their first suggestion would be plugging into a USB-C port

For mounting, I think Solid Arm and Heavy Clamp are your friends - they can clamp onto your existing Multi Mounts and give you more mounting popints for your cameras

What is the point of a hd60+s??? What exactly does it do? My pc has a 3060ti, r5 5600 and 32gb of cl18 3600mhz ram paired with a 1440p 165hz monitor, what does the hd60+s do and how would it be setup?

It's a capturecard, it can be used to capture the feed from like a gameconsole or from your gamingcomputer to a dedicated streamingcomputer to get better performance for example

It works by being connected between your graphicscard and the monitor

so if i have one pc(gaming pc) i connect hdmi out of my gou to the hd60 then the otherside of to the monitor?

Also it relieves your computer doing the encoding, so it saves performance on even a singlecomputer system

It's mostly used to be able to stream Switch, xbox or playstation though

So uh I had an eventful night

LadyHachet and I get home after rushing to my parents place (my mom told me one of the cats hadn’t been eating, long story she’s fine I think) and there are 3 police cruisers infront of my house… so our neighbours got arrested 👁👄👁

Sadly I haven’t yet, we’re still super new to the neighbourhood and don’t know many of our neighbours well enough to go and ask, but hopefully our local police puts out a media release (they tend to do it regarding arrests) soon

I'm not sure if this has been thought up yet but I just put in a request form for something I weirdly find a great idea.
WaveLink presets that can be switched out in Stream Deck software.
Yeah, multi-actions can count as that, but I think being able to save and load/trigger preset mixes would save a lot of time if, say you have a multi-action button that messes with the mix in WL multiple times. My "Start stream" button is like that
