For 2a, use the formulas that flips the exponents from positive to negative so it’s 7^6/7^3=7^3

For the other problems, using the fact that dividing by a negative exponent is equal to multiplying by the positive exponent can help

And if theres a negative exponent on top, putting it on the bottom makes the exponent positive

After dealing with the exponents, the constants can be divided normally

For example, (3y^-8)/(6y^-4)=3y^4/6y^8=1/(2y^4)
