I tried making charts back in 2022 but quit after short amounts of time because of how messed up it was
But since 2024 is slightly better I tracked longer
it's been almost 2 months since I fixed it I'm sooo happy

Both look bad
at least with the 21 you get a chance to wake up at 5am
And feel like I lost like 1-2 hours of time in the evening
that part of evening is perfect to sleep in
