You may as well spend your time doing something useful while counting
Count after getting something useful done/**promising **to to something in advance, state what it is (preferably). It can range from anything you're procrastinating on, taking care of yourself, doing homework and anything else that you think is good for you.
Rate it in difficulty 1-10 for you and count up that many. It is subjective :)
You can add the number in one message or multiple, doesn't matter.
• Breaking a promise/not doing something you said you'd do = -1 (-the amount of counts for that promise) to the score
• Completing a promise/something you said you'd do on time = additional +1 to the score
