255 half a solution is getting into a rythm for me. When I want to be productive, I start watching some 4h video but set a timer for 10m. When the timer is done I have to be productive for 30 min and then I may go back to watching that video.
Sometimes starting is even enough so the 30 min rule isn't even holding.

258 At first I didn't. But as I said, it's about rythm for me. You're probably a different productivity type so I can't help you directly, but it's about finding a way where you can alternate between something you like and something you have to do so you're never too pissed.
