Suggestion for the server solo only.
This is when all players chats are broadcasted to all players in the server. What is Direct Chat? This, when set, allows players chats to only broadcast a certain distance, so only players within a pre set radius to the chatterbox will see the chats.

The correct term is Local Chat, and that would make it not vanilla anymore. It would also kill the servers imo
there is hardcore servers for that experience and there is a reason only 10 servers exist with nobody playing on them

I play here and in another where the chat is disabled on the server due to offenses between players, visual pollution, etc. And even with the chat disabled, there are around 100/150 daily players, and it is not a modified server, it is vanilla server.
