TXAdmin Player Menu Error – Unable to Select Players on GPortal Server

I open TXAdmin using the /tx command in the chat.

When I go to the “Players” tab and select any player, I get the following error message since today at noon.

Can someone help me fix this issue?

The server is hosted on GPortal.

The correct way to write is txAdmin instead of TXAdmin.

If you are having the menu crash with error The user aborted a request, this likely means you have some resource spamming events and because of that the menu times out while trying to query the server.
To find out which event, go to F8 > Tools > Network > Network Event Log

Under Tools, I don't see "Network" listed, so I can't open it.

You need to select either the beta or latest stable version of fivem.
