I RESTARTED MY SQL THRU XAMPP AND REPLACED MY DATA FOLDER WITH THE BACKUP BECAUSE MY SQL WOULDNT START, NOW IT STARTS BUT TX ADMIN GIVING ME THIS ERROR WHEN TRYING TO START

The correct way to write is txAdmin instead of TX ADMIN.

:point_right: How to completely shutdown txAdmin:

windows For Windows:

Close the FXServer terminal or go to Task Manager > Details and kill all fxserver.exe processes.
If that doesn't work, restart the host.
For Linux:
If your server is running via screen, search on how to kill a screen session (screen -ls and then screen -X -S <number> quit).
Alternatively you can also just restart the host, and unless fxserver has auto-start, that will make sure the process is terminated.
ZAP-Hosting:
Login to the ZAP panel, select your server, then at the top click on the red pause/stop button at the top right of the screen.
Pterodactyl (most providers):
On your host panel press the Stop button and then press Kill.

my sql was not loading, so i followed a video to replace my data folder in xampp with my backup sql folder, after i did this im getting this error

windows Windows Home Hosted or VPS:
:one: Download and install MariaDB: https://docs.yorick.gg/FiveM/Server/Windows/Database#download-mariadb
:two: To make sure you can edit/view your database, download and install HeidiSQL: https://docs.yorick.gg/FiveM/Server/Windows/Database#download-heidisql
:three: On txAdmin, click on the Cancel button and try again.
linux Linux VPS or Self Hosted:
It depends on your distro (like CentOS, Ubuntu, etc), you will need to google how to install MariaDB in it.
Pterodactyl setups (most hosting providers):
Open a support ticket at your hosting provider to ask their help in setting up the database.
If your pterodactyl is self hosted (you own the instance), this video MAY be the solution.

which you dont have any of those. tbh the EASIEST way would to restart your server and move your scripts over, otherwise you can figure out how to restore it

this is the backup i used for my original data folder, this is in the xampp file location inside the "mysql" folder

once i did this, the sql was starting again, but the tx did the error you made me fix originally. before all of this, my VPS screen went black so i did CTRL+ALT+END to sign out and reboot my vps. once i did this , is when the sql wasnt starting in xampp

i didnt know this originally, so once i already installed 250+ scripts im just learning now not to use xampp. that is what i was taught to use, so its evident id rather just continue with what i was using because I didnt know of mariaDB.

If u have a backup of your sql/database use it and ur good. If not your fucked and will have to redo it all which at that point switch
