Hi. Its been 5 days I am trying to figure out the error:

Server list query returned an error: System.IO.IOException:  Received an unexpected EOF or 0 bytes from the transport stream. <- System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.

At first I thought its has to be from the hosting provider side. But after blaming them for 2 days I simply just shifted the hosting. And the issue re-appeared. Basically, when this issue appears no one can connect to the server. And during the issue, the ports are opened. I checked it with ports scanner. I can serve runtime.fivem.net and its also fine.
The players who are currently connected are okay but new connection cannot be formed.
It shows this error on client side:

I mean everyone is not wrong thinking its a network side issue/ hosting provider side issue, but its not.
Before this issue appears, it also shows this error:

But eventually this was fixed. It was some issues with the scripts which were causing this health check issues. Even after fixing it the main issue appears sometimes 15 minutes later in the server. Sometimes 50 mins, and sometimes after 3 hours. But it usually happened when there are upto 30 players in the server. But from what I gathered, its not based on players. Because it happened when there were 100+ players and also when there were just 10 players.
No other scripts error were shown on the logs of fxserver or txadmin. Everything was fixed but we are still not even close to fixing the issue. Tried everything. Removed the resources that were added a week before this issue arrived. And most confusing this is, we edit the resources and added some scripts and stuff 3 days before this issue. So basically for 3 days no one didn’t even touch the backend. Only txadmin was used to restart it after every 12 hours. And that’s pretty much it.

We also removed discord webhooks for everything. Removed the discord bots etc.
Also tried disabling the anticheat (electron ac)
