Name must be the same in the cfg. Example: myLogo.png then the pic must be called myLogo.png
Logo must be in the root folder. [Where your server.cfg is]
Logo must be 96x96px
Logo must be a png file

If 1 or more of these are not true then your Logo won't show. If your absolutely positive they are all true. Restart your server and reconnect to the server. Then log off and see or wait for about 15 minutes.
