Nevermind....doing "version" in txAdmin gave me this: "version" is "FXServer-master v1.0.0.15859 linux"
so 15859, I remember updating to 17346 so I have no idea why it did not work, my bad for this post.

No it's good I fixed it.......I swear I updated to 17346 but looks like I did not do it.....I just updated to 17000 all his good this post can be close, sorry for bothering here.
