This error means that txAdmin could not find your server.cfg in the folder you configured it to look into.
This can happen if you move or delete it or the server folder, and you have a few options to solve it:
:regional_indicator_a: If you moved your server files, you can move it back into the place it was before;
:regional_indicator_b: If you moved your server files, you can also point txAdmin to look into the new path, for that go to Settings > FXServer and change the paths;
:regional_indicator_c: If you actually lost the files or don't care to re-set the server, go to System > Master Actions > Reset FXServer and re-deploy the server using the recipe of your liking.
(We do not know what happened to your files and therefore cannot assist you further)

It shouldn’t touch anything but its own files (if you already have some ESX files for example it may replace them) but in terms of your server.cfg it’s up to you to add ESX to it scripts typically don’t touch the server.cfg or overwrite any files other then its own

Iirc it tries to create a new database before it tries to just connect to one (likely what’s happening here) and I forget the way around this off the top of my head. How large is the server cause you have a few options here that I can help with or you can wait and see if Nova has any better ideas up to you

My suggestion is

if it’s a fairly fresh server then just change the DB name and let it create a new one worst case scenario you can migrate the data from one DB to another (it’s actually fairly simple if they both run the same client)

Your database itself is uhh well

depends what you used for a Database before (if anything) and your host actually (if its a game server most game server hosts have a way to create, view etc databases in their panel) if you are unsure (especially given how you were screwed over) your probably best to just create your own DB and start fresh.. If you are just hosting the server on your computer (assuming thats windows) this can help you create one and this is a decent guide for linux
