If you’re sure that you don’t have that, go to txAdmin and setup the whitelist in txAdmin:

Do you mean no custom MLO as in the Default 1? Or like it was a void?
If it was a void then idk but if it was the default GTA PD station and no mark that's how its supposed to be, you have to add resources to add such things.
