alright, well ill just put it out that I was helping a person inopen support call and get timed out for helping him
and one of your staff timed me out for no reason
unfortunately i cant and wont make comment about this since i havent been there myself
you can try giving Feedback (please keep calm and describe exactly whats the issue and what youd like to happen) in #1019709591090638859
or it was a dude who was not staff
i forget his name it started with a v
and his name had (NOT STAFF) in parentheses
Ivaka?
but dude just got a grudge against me for no apparent reason'
And im assuming hes not staff but whoever he told that I was doing something wrong did not even join the vc and just took his word for it
and ivaka started ridiculing me for helping this guy because I sent him two lines of code to his dm
which is not against the rules
and kept insisting this
yes it indeed is
"2️⃣ Do not DM or ping any members asking for help, support, unmutes or other types of unsolicited spammy interaction;"
as you can see here
this was not unsolicited nor was i asking anything
im not tryna be stuck up bout this, trust me, but this dude was very rude for no reason and if he is staff he is leaving a negative look on TX
this isnt meant to be insulting but please use common sense when following the rules. Its better to keep every interaction in this server to prevent "shady interactions" as stated in the rules. Even if you dont have bad intentions, there are many people who have and will try to scam others
I wont argue about this anymore because ive only been told the story and havent been there myself
how am I supposed to read a rule that requires me to type a command instead of being in the rulebook?
on another note, genuinely, thanks for the help
many servers would not respond so thanks
