We join the server, and as soon as we do anything—like opening the phone, etc.—all players get frozen, and no keys are usable anymore. By opening the F8 console and typing "tx," we can open our menu and move again, but only within the menu.

Looks like you have some NUI resource or so maybe your HUD that's blocking it?

Yeah that script predates the console variable so it makes sense that it exists
