bc I left it alone started an worked then stopped it renamed it to what you have and started it via live console and couldnt due to the name of the folder. so im guessing its not started.

Go to your server.cfg and ensure it. I suggest either renaming the folder or adding it to one called [vehicles] then in the server.cfg do ensure [vehicles]
