Have you turned off the whitelist option on the txAdmin webpage?

If you've only deleted the roles, then that is why you can't get in because it still thinks it requires the whitelist

To access txAdmin from your ZAP account, open the game page in the zap panel, then access the txadmin ip and port on the browser, and use the credential provided.

Access http://localhost:40120 in your browser.
If you want other people to access your txAdmin, follow the instruction below.
This also applies from a Windows VPS if you want to access it from inside the Remote Desktop.
:point_right: IF YOUR SERVER IS ON A WINDOWS/LINUX VPS:
First you need to open the txAdmin port to the internet, type !ports for information on how to do that.
Find out your public IP by visiting https://ipaddress.my/.
Then type http://your-public-ip:40120/ in your browser (replace with your IP, do not use localhost).

For ZAP-Hosting, type !zaplogin for more info.
For other providers, contact them to ask for the link.

First you need to make sure txAdmin is running.
Also check if you are typing http:// instead of https://.
The default port is 40120 but can change depending on your host.
