Hello everyone, unfortunately I have a problem. I have two "admin accounts" with a normal FiveM account, I would like to delete both and start from scratch, do you have any idea how?
I am still new and just starting out.

:warning: If you cannot login using the Cfx.re button, try the backup password.
:warning: If you are not the owner of the server, ask the server owner for assistance.
:pencil: How to reset the Master account:

  • Turn off txAdmin completely (from the host, type !shutdown for more info);
  • Delete txData/admins.json file (this will delete ALL admins);
  • Restart txAdmin;
  • Open the page and follow the instructions.

Hi, I have now followed the instructions but I have not been successful. Every time I delete admin.jason, a new file is created. Also, each time, a new folder VORPCore_XXXXX.base is created. i am overwhelmed

Like the bot command states

It's a security feature

To go into a little more detail:
I have txAdmin open or on, using the command !shutdown I close txadmin and can then delete txData/admins.json? The problem is that I can't switch off txAdmin using the command via my host.
there is no message that it is shutting down or anything similar. the same without the ‘ ! ’

:point_right: How to completely shutdown txAdmin:

windows For Windows:

Close the FXServer terminal or go to Task Manager > Details and kill all fxserver.exe processes.
If that doesn't work, restart the host.
linux For Linux:
If your server is running via screen, search on how to kill a screen session (screen -ls and then screen -X -S <number> quit).
Alternatively you can also just restart the host, and unless fxserver has auto-start, that will make sure the process is terminated.
zap ZAP-Hosting:
Login to the ZAP panel, select your server, then at the top click on the red pause/stop button at the top right of the screen.
pterodactyl Pterodactyl (most providers):
On your host panel press the Stop button and then press Kill.
