i saw in the posts that others are having this problem and that you need to downgrade your cfx but i was wondering if someone could help as i don't know how to downgrade my cfx sorry for being dumb.

You can downgrade to an older artifact but you can also type in the live console
setr sv_enableNetEventReassembly true
