Enhanced/Editable Punishment Logs

Essentially just a punishment log overhaul, where staff can attach messages, links, media (embeddable if possible) to punishments, things like evidence or comments on that specific punishment.

yeah that's what I figured, based on how punishment logs are displayed currently, I imagine it would require a full refactor

If it was me I'd just have the evidence as text and you can store links inside. That's the easier route of this

Seconding this.
We currently have mostly chat-related stuff so all we do is put the chat-log into the notes and then a divider between offences so you know which one correlates to which.

I think what could be added is some "note"-section to any punishment which pops up a card for information related to that specific punishment. This only being text would already improve lots of organizing and nothing would have to be changed about the current player-notes.

If I added a field just for "internal notes" would that be enough?
As in, there is the reason field which is public, and the internal field which can only be seen by admins
