if you are banned from a guild, then you cannot join the server anymore because you are no longer a member

Maybe the Discord Bot works with js cache and isnt up to date if someone gets banned?

When a member gets bannend, gets the player kicked from server?

When you get banned from the guild you do not get kicked from the server

and the cache should be probably something like 60 seconds?

How long the cache is is somewhat random in my opinion. Sometimes my Discord bot responds immediately and other times it has the data in the cache only after 10 minutes. But it probably also depends on the Discord JS version.

but many wont

because the player even if banned from the server still needs access to the discord to be able to appeal the ban

or purchase an unban
