Hey.
I've noticed that the matches aren't really often fair. Players with too high a level, or a KD of 2.5 or higher, mostly end up in the same teams, which makes it not easy to win. Except with luck. Therefore, before the match, I thought of a shuffle button, with which you can adjust the teams fairly. In terms of playing time, KD, level etc. And that you don't have a few seconds until the match starts. There should be something like a "ready" button that starts a kind of custom match but that these matches are also scored.

Arguments 10/10..
I would propose a "Rock the vote" kind of system, where any player on the team can cast a vote to take place to shuffle teams early on.
If majority of players vote "YES" then the teams will be shuffled accordingly.
This way, players that foresee an unfair game can proactively call it, and new and less skilled players get a more balanced experience overall.
Thoughts?
The whole shuffle idea is stupid
The mm already tries to make it fair, just to "shuffle" the players around dosnt mean the lobby gets more fair/balanced
What the duck, guys,
Mixing up the lobby would make it more balanced?? S4 League has been around for 14 damn years and you can mix teams by K/D, playing time or level???
Where is the Problem? There is no problem. The only problem for you is that you don't think the game is unbalanced but always fair and balanced.
so sad xDD

Nah
I translate the "nah" "nahh" "Nah" "Nahhh" real quick
I believe implementing this shuffle concept would lead to unnecessary confusion and further complaints. It doesn't seem particularly useful, especially considering that in most of my team deathmatch games, there are 2-4 players who struggle to reach the 10-kill mark. Switching teams wouldn't significantly alter the outcome; it would merely give the weaker team the opportunity to potentially manipulate the situation in their favor through voting. Ultimately, it would likely just waste time without addressing the underlying issues.
you win some you lose some 🤷♂️
Nah
I losed 7 in a raw grimL
is this balanced or just a troll from the system?
Skill issue
Nah
guess youve never been on a 10+ losing streak
and this is not just meant for Ironsight, it's normal in any game to have a phase where you either win or lose a lot
