Its not about ur ping and % of PL. This is a problem that appeared with one of the updates in the summer 2022. Moreover, it occurs in a completely random way in terms of logging into the client and uploading user data. Next time you look your profile and make sure that with statistics on weapons, kills display is also incorrect.

Hello Arslene

We have checked and tested your account access, and it works fine for us.
Can you please check the local telecom you are using?
Sometimes they do block some of the IPs that are connecting to our data server. which could be the reason why you are not getting information from the data server.

it took a while to load data, but it eventually did

#

hopefully it stays this way

it's a bummer cause this game is really good

i fell in love with it the moment i started playing it

it really catches the og cod black ops 2 vibe

the kills are satisfying

a huge weapon selection

it really is a fantastic game

Hm,, make sure your window defender allow setting has been saved and check if other possible anti-cheat program that have ip block functions on your PC

#

if it's not working after all those process, you have to contact to local telecom that you are using and ask they are blocking the ip access to Microsoft azure data center.

it sounds like, you can not play the game because of the connection getting lost in specific times.
