1. Add base bots to prevent enemy taking over spawn, at least in objective based modes 2. Allow editing loadouts mid game 3. Headshot should be one shot one kill, no need for magnum bullet 4. Matchmaking is severely unbalanced - don’t just run a random algorithm to pick players in two teams, use weighted average based on a bunch of player stats 5. Weapon mobility not implemented correctly – players jumping around with LMG is a joke, they should be able to move much slower 6. Weapon repair cost seems unnecessary – sometimes the cost is higher than match reward if someone isn't doing well 7. Zeus and reaper cool down time should be the same 8. Add ability to carry an extra primary weapon in place of secondary 9. Body armor – is there an armor in this game? I have seen one yet I see a lot of high ranked players survive my assault with 1HP. How is that possible without an armor in play? 10. Discourage camping and shooting behind back – this is not a problem with the game but human behavior. There should be a way to discourage this kind of play though like awarding a higher reward for completing objectives

#9 , there is wearble body armor in game. But its purley cosmetic. It dosent give you extra health or extra resistance against damage.

I've only seen it heavily unbalanced in favor of high ranked players, not the other way around. It's not a level playing field when one team has more experience in the game with maps, better weapons with all the attachments etc.
I'm new to this game and to PC but not to FPS and I'm still here because I can see the potential in this game to be a lot better.

To be fair, this is the one FPS I've played that feels like it just doesn't reward "camping". When I first started playing I was being really defensive, and doing terrible. Only started playing better once I learned the maps, figured good flank strategies, and playing more offensive. Now i'm actually enjoying the game.
