4 bullet points max for job exp, 3 for projects
2 lines max for each bullet point
Its too cluttered even if its good
tysm
much better feedback than the generic bs i normally get
Remove the tpm unless u tryna be a tpm
Your bullet point is too long
If u cant communicate concisely its not a good signal
Not sure wtf a treasury/swe intern is
Just write swe and your team
Same with front office (instutitional investing) intern
If ur trading just write trading and then the team
Also u interned for a full year?
If u intern for multiple periods across different team u should split it out
ty
Also its my strong opinion that u should remove mention of technology
Python, aws, react
Waste space, low signal
Write what the project is, what it accomplishes
Like "I made X, it did Y" Y being an impactful thing
Spamming keyword doesnt actually help that much btw
No interviewer has ever said "wow you worked with aws, tell me more"
At least not interviewer in strong companies
Keep it short, and short usually brings a stronger impression
It means you know clearly what you did and how it helped the company
Esp for intern, nobody cares what tech keyword you spammed
And seniority is largely determined by this. You know what needed to be done to bring big impact, you do it and they promote you
is it worth just including at the bottom
like instead of yapping on using flask and shit for a project, just say i did x and had y impact and include the techs in skills?
Yea spam keyword at the bottom
It helps u passed dumb recruiters screen
But when ur resume lands on hm desks the more u spam keyword instead of talking about impact the less they like you
All the hms want rockstars/potential rockstars 🫠and hopefully not too antisocial
Either do really hard things and/or really big things
