No Interviews, No Callbacks, Just Unfortunately's 😔 .

Something has to be wrong with my resume—I just don’t know what. I’ve reworked it so many times that I’ve lost track, that I now don't feel confident submitting it to applications, wondering if it’s the reason I’m not getting traction.

I’m an international candidate applying for new grad SWE roles ( frontend, but I’m also interested ML) . I need specific, no-holds-barred feedback to figure out what’s wrong and how to fix it. Any kind of constructive criticism to know what how I'm falling short so I can get it right - Be as HARSH as you need to. Would appreciate any, tips or advice whatsoever. Thank youu.

Hey mori,
Don't get discouraged. It's not your resume. It's the market. Try as hard as you can. Take referrals, Talk to school recruiters. All you need is once acceptance. You have got this 🤗

Been there, Done that.

Move the SWE related experience to the beginning, which doesn't have to be chronological order. For example, place both contract positions at the top of experience section.

When applying for jobs, customize the resume to highlight technologies mentioned in the job requirements. Even if you're not an expert, include relevant languages/tools/frameworks that match what they're looking for
