incoming freshman resume

I know the serving job isn't optimal and my projects are kinda weak, but as an incoming freshman how can I improve my resume, or should I just do better projects

I think unrelated jobs (like server) shouldn't be there. Maybe it shows some of your skills but are those skills necessary for that job? I would do some another project, fill that space with it.
Some people recommends taking out even the technical jobs or projects of they are not really related to the job you are applying
