Resume is fine. if you’re not getting callbacks it’s probably just a bad hiring market or the company names aren’t standing out to the places you’re applying
Bold metrics and technologies (reduce these). Kind of a nit but your points should really be exemplifying impact and not just regurgitating technologies or work done like a lot of them are. What did you achieve, by what metric was it measured, what CORE technologies did it involve. Right now there’s a lot of noise there hiding what your real impact is

Normally this isn’t a real problem, almost all worthwhile tech or trading companies sponsor Canadians. They will treat you equal to all other eligible candidates. Unfortunately these days that pool of candidates is probably extremely competitive.

ive been doing fine with canadian locations but american locations even w/ referral its been bare
then again the bar for canada is probably lower since no americans apply there
