your research position can go at the top of experience since it is your most recent as well
and try to get more quantitative points from that
Should I use the title as "Software Development intern (Research Aide)" ? As it will better fit in the experience section
or Software Development intern (RA) in short
Software Development Intern, and mention more about the research team in the details
and talk about more than what you do, play into the overall goals of the research department you're in
just saying "automated PDF retrieval" sounds a little basic
ya I'll change that, also what do you think about the points under experience section
Do they sound like achievements rather than just stuff done ?
they look good, the internship is a little basic but i think the research and oracle experience should outshine that, plus it looks like it was a shorter internship anyway
ik the internship was not great, though I don't have anything significant to replace that
Also thanks for your feedback man !!
limit job experience to 3 bullet points, you got the internship it speaks for itself no need to tell a story
throw research under experience and change it to "Undergraduate Research Assistant" and give it a subtitle of which research department you worked in
limit projects to five lines MAX
use the extra space to throw in more projects / experiences
basically less descriptive, and more quantity, you want them to be like damn this guy is stacked, not why is he writing so much
when you go on linkedin an see a guy with the Meta, Telsa, Microscoft, Roblox pipeline ur like damn I wanna be like that guy, and recruiters are also like damn, I wanna hire that guy. We are all equally biased recruiters aren't saints why don't people understand this concept
6 points is bit too much for one experience but if I kept them to 3 then I would not have anything else to fill the extra whitespace.
Maybe I'll add more projects
I have tried to keep the points under experience more quantitative and how it helped the company positively.
