Hi everyone, I’m trying to pass some trading firms resume screen like Jump, HRT, but no luck so far, and have no idea what I could do differently 😭
So please let me know what yall think.
Background: junior majoring in cs, t60 school, no high gpa (3.5), intern at Snap & Confluent.
This resume helped me pass 2sig and js for interview, and LinkedIn, Dropbox, Flatiron Health, Amazon, MongoDB, Datadog, and many more, so hopefully it can help someone too.

put technologies at the end of each exp instead of at the beginning (i usually omit that bullet point altogether but idk)
i'd probably write your expected work for confluent but honestly this resume looks pretty good
