#Brood Nests going cold

I was told on pvp servers that broods, asd and ss would be able to nest as normal through the event but Ive had an issue where the nests will go cold when the male logs. Bringing an IR over to heat the area doesn't help. Its just stuck cold. Really annoying wasted a lot of time. Tried remaking the nest but didnt help once the male logged it was cold again.

That is odd for sure, I know as a bio I nested near IRs which helped and whenever they were away the burning logs helped with the cold issue.

Is this occuring only with asd/bw/ss or other dragons are affected with male logging?

i even moved and safe logged and its still showing cold

That is odd, I haven't nested all dragons since this update but I appreciate the further information so hopefully the bug could be found and be fixed hopefully. So your BW is affected do you know if this affects others as well?

the only other dragons ive nested in this area are fs and ir but their heating stuff seems to work just fine previously. Like i said it suddenly started happening. But i have had issues with a bio nest going hot cold not too far from the current spot

I did just completely close the game and re logged into the steam account so far so good.

i think it was night but it was random like kinda been nesting for hours so multiple nights and it just randomly starts lol

but completely logging out seemed to fix it

Any additional info is greatly appreciated, so completely closing and relogging in the game helped this specific issue?

And isn't in a specific location that this occurs in just due to the snowy update and not due to storms etc?

Hoping to see this possibly replicated and fixed because that seems like such a weird bug

im on pvp so i wont say exactly where here but it is a very random spot that before the snow update i never had an issue at

Asd has had that problem too, ir was helping warm my nest and every so often it stay cold till i checked. At least 5 min the cold would last

I can record it when I'm home to hopefully catch it again but i noticed it in 2 nests

it took a flame stalker sitting on the nest with me to warm it up. ir flames didnt seem to help or me being on it

Next time it happens, try standing over the nest and see what that does. I’ve had the issue on SS in pve. Standing over it warmed the nest and then I’d just lay down at that exact spot and the nest would be fine. Also nesting in caves keeps the nest warm as well which I know doesn’t help in pvp but just giving more info.

I also would like to see the incident happen via recording where we can see the egg indication being cold and where it constantly swaps from cold to normal - seeing the egg progress alongside these things will help massively

I dont see it well enough in the recording above I want to help figure out this bug but I haven't had it appear since that one day I noticed it but couldn't grab a recording of it

it turns warm for like a second and then gets cold immeadiatly after

all evidence would be greatly appreciated so it can be figured out if you guys could post more videos of the area/weather and this showing in the nesting warmth ui would be very helpful!
