This is usually caused by the game using more VRAM than your GPU has to offer, a workaround is setting all your graphics to potato (lighting is a BIG one) and then restart your game. This usually helps. (I have the same problem!)
Yes. Put all your settings on the lowest possible option (usually, that is "potato"), and completely close the game. Then launch it again. That gets the graphics unstuck. Once the game is open again, you can slowly increase your settings again until you find the maximum settings you can run without getting the graphics to bug out again. (Note - shadows, lighting, and reflections are probably going to be the biggest risk of bugging out again - they use large amounts of VRAM)
