Can anyone help me ? Everytime I try to log in a server it brings me back to the main menu

I consistently have the same issue on this one computer. Takes me 10 minutes to finally get into the server after having to close and reopen the game. First it will show all servers and I select one and as I’m loading spawn menu it will kick me to main menu. When I go back to server select it will show either no servers or less than 10 random servers. Trying to refresh it does nothing or makes the servers that did show poof. I then have to close and relog into steam and try again. Over and over again. It gets frustrating when someone is waiting on me for nesting stuff. The only difference between that computer and my main computer is hardware.

im having this issue as well! only a maximum of 5 servers will load for me each time and they never have more than 20 people in them. i used to play on massive DoD servers so i don't know what happened :( my laptop has always had difficulty connecting to multiplayer servers though, for any kind of game. im going to have to completely replace it before next year i think...

May I ask if the computer having the issues has DoD installed on a HDD or an SSD drive? It sounds like you may be timing out of the servers

So this suddenly started happening on my main computer while switching accounts and would do it no matter what account i logged into. I was recommended by a friend to use the task manager to completely close steam and then reopening it seems to work this time.
