Bio key Glitch?

Hi, so, I got 2 keys a while back, and used them, on 2 accounts. I played as spawned bios just fine, breading, and all that jazz, on like, 2 different servers. But recently, as of yesterday, I wanted to spawn a new bio on a different server, and it insisted I couldn't spawn the dragon. Which is frustrating as I know I was able too before. I was playing on personal servers, and had been playing on a us official one last night when I noticed it. I tried the other account as well, and it wouldn't work either. I had won the 2 keys in a raffle and a creator stream. And the keys don't show in my steam of course, as the bios are not buyable. I'm planning on checking the servers I played the bios as later. On a random server to check that it isn't a glitch on just the Official Sanctuary. I was just wondering if anyone may have info, or could help me troubleshoot. It was all on 1.0+, the new map, and before the bio npcs, so never on Dragons Legacy.

When you click on DoD in your library and go settings>properties>DLC
Bio should show up if you have it on your account

It should look something like this

That way we can narrow down if it's steam wigging out your account info, or the game not reading your dlc list correctly

Here is my list, it does not show. Which is very frustrating. Im going to check the other account as well

My other account is shared with my fiance. We can both confirm we have played as spawnable bios in the past

I did have an issue with a terabyte drive in the past, that I had the game downloaded on, but I don't think that could be tied to it, as the key would be registered into the steam, and not into any files on the terabyte drive, as I'm pretty sure it doesn't work that way.

I have not checked my friends old servers yet because I decided to Uninstall the game, and reinstall it, thinking maybe steam was glitching

One of the best memories I have is spawning in a melanistic biolume after unlocking mela on a server. I'm trying to look for any screenshots I may have taken to prove I was able to spawn them in, as I no longer have the messages from when I got the keys

Ugh, I can't find my spawn in dragon screenshots, but I did find screenshots of the kids I made breeding with them, but that doesn't help prove I had keys.

I can give a quick rundown of bloodline, and I can have my friends prove too. I guess I didn't keep screenys of the spawn ins because they would be all Es, and we were busy nesting , it was after bio screenshot contest was going, and I stopped playing on that server for a while, and just didn't play as a bio dragon on any server for a bit after. It's been a while since I have played the game in general? And that's why when I noticed I wasn't able to spawn it the other day, I got upset and reached out.

So my account is the Amber one, and the Dragon account is my 2nd one, also my fiances. My spawn in dragon was Morphete, and she was iconic, E bl, of course, Blue was spawn in iconic on the Dragonfox account. Clearsight was my spawned in Melanistic dragon, after I unlocked Melanistic. I then did a whole breding line, and got new parents with the mela gene THAT I passed on, getting the kids up to C bloodline, and then took an egg from them and called it Clearsight again, in honor of the Mela dragon before it. I don't remember the new dragons name after I bred New Clearsight with Blue, but all that breding stuff got complicated fast. Blue was Dbl, and the New Clearsight was a Cbl, and so the kid in the screenshot came out with a C bloodline, and the better genes. Man, the breeding had been rlly rough on us that day.

Then I fell in love with the mythical skin, and got my friends to do an egg of one for me. So Moonwatcher should be the current dragon I have on that server, and she would no longer be related to my old spawned in dragons.

I plan to check that server today, and make sure I still have those dragons. And try a different server, that's unofficial, and see if I can spawn in. I understand if there is nothing to be done to help me... but at least try, plz 🙏 it could be a glitch from an update or or maybe my files got corrupted or something. I can even ask my friends for statements, if they remember me spawning in the dragons, and telling them about when I won the keys, cuz I had been rlly excited and happy when I did, and had told a bunch of them. That's when we all started on the breeding together. My biggest issue, is that it's missing from my other account as well.

And I just don't know how to fix it... and I dont understand why it's not working. I'm sorry I'm bothering you so much, but I don't want this to happen to someone else...

The server where these dragons are rn is down due to low funding, guess payment was up yesterday or so, so ita now offline. I'm gonna try going on a random server, and spawning in a bio, see what happens

Still says locked, sadly, checking my other dlcs

All my other dlcs show, even the light elemental skin, which isn't playable yet

I verified game files, but nothing was wrong

When looking in store, I have everything , says in library, and the soundtrack too, that doesn't show up under the dlcs in properties

Again, I'm rlly sorry, I'm just upset this is happening, and confused as to how... if nothing can be done, then nothing can be done...

Go into your steam wallet and look for your redeemed codes list, it'll be in there.

Then you can contact steam and tell them you're missing a DLC

Oh no... it's not even in my code list, what the hell happened to it? I'm gonna have to contact them anyway, this is not ok... I can find everything else besides the bio. I'm gonna have to check the other account too. Thank you very much for your help tho, I'll try to figure it out through steam
