The reason I am posting this is because they have given up on trying to recieve their rewards.

If someone has not gotten Patreon rewards, generally they should send a message through Patreon. There is not much I can do here.

when they went through patreon they said to come here and get in contact with an admin
or to go to bug/tech support^^

Admin's do not have any access to Patreon keys or rewards, I am unsure why they were referred to an admin. Also, they will need to reach out to support so we can validate information. I am not sure if you have seen anything similar @robust dagger. If it is a technical issue or something else though, they will need to reach out here.
