Yes. Xsolla will reach out to you when they have someone available. Though they should have a live support bot if I remember correctly, you can go through there to possibly get assistance faster.

If you go onto our website to buy something you should get a pop-up like this before actually making a purchase. You can use this to choose your method of communication with them to get support.

Yep! If you got it activated on steam you’ll be able to spawn it! Glad it got sorted! 
is it suppost to show up in my DLCs right now or after it comes out
Seems not, had to double check with my own DLC.
If you're unsure if it went through, you can enter the key again and Steam should say something along the lines of "this account owns the product"
