its smthing to do with graphic cards not supporting it dx12 is relatively new thing so many adapters arent able to use it yet unless they are newer look in the -DX12 Issie post for more info

basciallyid you cant use it youll be stuck playing legacy which sucks for obvious reasons

the minimum requierment for the gpu is lower specs then what i do have. i dont get why it would have this problem

i wish one of the dev tech support would be willing to help instead of the idiots that just say it could be this or could be that. we need actual help. not possibilities

Not to mention that the possibilities of the small fixes are not working.

We found out windows had an update recently that replaced a lot of GPU drivers with their own. We had to reinstall our AMD drivers and then it worked again.

Because we too are well, well, above specs for the game and we were extremely confused.

There is a free program called iorbit driver booster. It scans your hardware and tells you what needs updates. This along with replacing the AMD drivers is what got our game up and running.
