This is bugging me please lend a hand.. Got a new pc and well.. this happens...When im playing a game it Brightens up.. when i press windows.. it goes back to normal..

It could be the monitor trying to auto adjust contrast or something with HDR. I would check monitor settings and make sure nothing like that is enabled.
