Didn't receive code for the game + asd dlc

Hello ^^. I bought the game and the Acid Spitter Drake DLC on the official website for another alt account today. Usually i simply buy it on Steam but this time i wanted to use the sale. The money went through (can send proof if needed) but i still didnt receive an email with the code, to activate game and dlc. Does it usually take this long to receive an email or what could be the issue? (over 30-60 mins?) I appreciate any help! :) im sorry if this is not the right channel or tag for this kind of issue

Yea i might get mine soon too, to activate it go on steam and click on the bottom left corner

add a game > activate a steam product
