The isle legacy or evrima does not have this. You most certainly can bleed out while laying down. It has happened to me plenty, 3000+ hours in the game, 2000 hours of which were in legacy.
For private servers it would help so not a bad idea to have it been an option.
But from a logical pov…laying down would not stop bleeding, as it just doesnt work that way.

It does.. If you are sitting down dont matter if its 4000 damage a tick.. As long as you are sitting down you wont bleed out to death.. Its only if your moving.. I can get on legacy right now and i can show you.. This is how the mechanics work...

Apparently my deaths from bleed while laying down dont count in your world, nor does Evoriyas count. How can you prove something when the opposite has already happened to the people you are trying to prove it to
But again as I said before, for private servers it is a nice option depending on the server and their rules.

I personally have also died while bleeding and laying down, also watched one of my friends die to it. It doesn’t always save you and it definitely depends on what dino you’re on.
It doesn’t happen super often but I know very well mine happened because I had to report it as a rule break situation on a private server.

Yeah it depends on what screen and how fast they heal bleed
I also think survival dinos heal bleed way better than the sandbox ones

The idea itself is decent for a server option for private servers.
But personally it would make it too easy to survive especially when you have a decent group and can just hang back and heal your bleed, then repeat “because you cant die to bleed while laying”

I feel like your dragon shouldnt die while fully asleep with bleed. If you make it out of a fight only to die to bleed, then there isnt much else you can do besides dying. If you fully sleep then the bleeding damage should continue until you hit 1% or even .5% health, but not killing. That way if you are sure that you won, then it isnt an immediate death sentence. And if you're not safe? Then someone can just nom

Would be a good idea cuz it isnt a full on death sentence. It isnt a fun thing to fight off a bunch of other people and lay down in hopes of healing and just die to bleed out
Besides, if someone is laying down and they're still being hunted, then the other person can just kill them. It really wouldnt affect pvp all too much, and will reward the player who won by not dying after a fight

I mean I feel like the threshold for bleeding out while laying down would be you’re like actually seconds from death before you lay down which keeps the realistic aspects but I mean if you still have a decent chunk of health left and you sleep you’ll live. Just my personal thoughts
I feel like it would be unrealistic if you’re at 1% by the time you lay down and you can’t die but if you have say like 10% left on your dragon you’ll live but with very little left. Or maybe if you live on 1% laying down there will be consequences after getting up as it probably took quite a toll to stay alive through bleeding out at 1% or something
