I been trying to contact your support's email about this for the past week and haven't gotten anything back after I contacted Xsolla about the refund and received a response from them. Xsolla said to contact your support as they can't issue the refund on their side

These things take a little bit of time to process. If you submitted an email it should be being worked on.
