These things take a little bit of time to process. If you submitted an email it should be being worked on.
We can’t help you here you have to go through the support email on the website.
Purchasing a pre-order for items such as the Blitz Striker DLC or Emote Packs on our website puts you in a queue and your DLC key's will be emailed to you 24-72 hrs before the Update 1.0 is released. This update is expected to release on Saturday, February 17th, 2024.
