yes
Jazakallah Khair
Look the thing is
I want to do it , I love art
I’ll be designing clothes
But it’s not what my parents want
They want me to do bio tech
I obviously can’t go against their wishes , so I want to propose the idea that I take the job and a gap
Then I continue with A levels
I suggest having a serious talk with your parents because this is a greatttttt opportunity, and working for a while at the company to see if it suits you
people go their entire lives without making anywhere close to a $100k and allahumabarik you have a chance to make more than that!
so if u go out of thier way they ill wat kick u out?
Yea go with that, take a gap year, do the job, show them the money you make, but do note for uni or college just don't pick like art degree and those not saying its not good but the security sucks, if you really don't want bio tech you can discuss with your parents on other stuff that you a re interested in in the science field
No, it’s complicated . It just wouldn’t be alright if I did .
Hmm, thanks a lot , seems like the best way to take this tbh. I also do physics , I’ve never fell below a 98% in physics , so probably a field in physics for uni .

Jazakallah Khair , mate , I am planning to talk to them
Engineering can be an option, do pick like a niche tho
Ill have to see , thanks though dawg

Just do what you love tbh, just ensure that the thing you love the most doesn't hinder you from finance and stuff
Take the gap year, do the job, get the money, save it up in a high yield savings account or sum, or put in investment @foggy compass , really during the gap year discover what you want to do for uni, discuss with your parents about other options in the science field, since physics you are good consider aerospace or something like that, and trust in yourself that you got what it takes
waste of time
why thi
Tho
They can earn, do more things and learn lotsssss
And even get experience under the belt
u can legit js get a weekend job while doing a level instead
however id suggest preparing for one a level sub or idk studying some what so u don't lose on the study grip and study skills whatever one calls it
hmm would it pay the same for op?
obvi not cause you'd be working less
but why waste a whole year
way better taking a gap year after a level
bc it wont set u back
actually i think a balance rightt
Yah
cause u can finish a level then defer your entry to the next year
Like study for a levels. Just study 1 sub at least
hmm
gap years can actually harm you if you dont use the time wisely
yah truee
deadass js do a part time job during a levels then take gap year after
The jobs paying quite well though , plus it’s not just for a job , I’ll be doing other things , like interning at the university of Punjab as a physics intern , so it won’t effect me negatively much.
But I see your point
Thanks choom
HOW has bro landed at internship in y11
lowkey valid then
most ppl js take gap years to be a bum
if your acc utilising it and doing valuable things like that it might be worth it then
I could do that for the rest of my life and drop out of school 😭
That’s just not productive
i mean 60 USD an hour is 130k a year
thats pretty good bro
I won’t be working a regular job I have freedom to work as many hours as I want , and to log it in . But I will work 8 . So yes it’s good
I just want to study more atp
It’s not a perm job
If u are working 8 hrs a day consistently throughout the year then u are making
480$ USD per day
And multiply that by 365 u are making solid 175k USD per year
And making 14k USD to 14.5K USD per month which is good bruv
