soo im currently in my second semester and im taking bio chem math. my teachers advised me to start working on my personal essay but i havent really done a lot of super curriculars. i've just started applying to different clubs and joining a symposium. i've also tried reaching out to hopsital to see if i can shadow, but there has been no progress. how can i start writing if i dont have much to say?

do you have any extracurriculars from secondary school?

if not you can always work on the first question for now then as you do ecs or scs, you can add to the second and third question!

if you can relate it to why you're passionate about medicine or you learning skills/qualities that you believe will help you in uni or medicine itself then it can be okay

it mostly just depends on how you talk about it in the personal statement

i mean if you have leadership extracurriculars for example that's good to talk about in terms of being strong willed and determined
