ECAs for good US colleges

Hii im currently an igcse student that is planning on taking bio chem and psych (and possibly maths) for A levels, and hope to go to a top 30 US school. For reference im an American citizen living abroad and pretty strong academically, (predicted 7A* and 2As but idk if thats gonna happen ). My dream school is Northwestern and i hope to apply with or work towards these ECAs pls let me know if there strong enough. (Btw ive done like 2 of them already)

Possible ECA list:

1. Research project
2. Psych/bio Olympiad (only if u place high)
3. Red cross club founder and president
4. Leadership in community service
5. Workshop teaching academic skills to underprivileged children in slums (through community service club in my school)
6. Some type of personal project e.g blog promoting education on neurodegenerative diseases
7. Shadowing/internship
8. Athletics + achievements
9. Peer tutoring
10. Summer research program (wanna apply for the neuroscience one at UCLA)
11. Peer tutor for IGCSE chemistry at school.

These are just ideas pls tell me which ones i should go ahead with or need work also if it isn’t obvious i wanna major on neuroscience.

yea any kind of award u can do js removes any doubt

like unis and stuff might question if u acc did things like projects

an award or publishing is js like a badge that removes any doubts they may have
